The meeting venue is the Su Sesi De Luxe & Spa and Ela Quality Resort Hotels
which are located 40 minutes away from the Antalya Airport.
Continuous Medical Education Credits
"23rd National Congress of Cardiology" will be reviewed for accreditation by the
European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC). The accreditation results
will be announced in the "23rd National Congress of Cardiology Programme".
The program will also be reviewed for accreditation by the Turkish Medical
Association -CME Council in accordence with the UEMS standards.
Exhibition Areas
A large exhibition area has been reserved for pharmaceutical, medical and
literature
companies to present their products. It is obligatory to complete the
registration to visit the exhibits.
Meeting Room Technical Equipments
All the meeting rooms are equipped with LCD data projectors, computers, DVD
player and standard sound system equipments. Speakers are kindly asked to inform
Serenas Tourism Services if they need any other equipment in addition to those
mentioned latest by October 9th, 2007.
The Best Presentation Award
Each of the 3 abstracts which will receive the highest point from the Abstract
Evaluation Committee will be awarded with 1250.-YTL. The evalution results will
be announced at the Opening Ceremony.
Poster Award
The best poster award which will be implemented for the eleventh year will be
given to the poster, elected to be the best, both according to its content and
presentation, by the Poster Selection Committee.
In each of the two congress days, the author of the elected poster of the day
will be presented both by a certificate and 250.-YTL award for
his/her efforts.
Abstract Book
Oral and poster abstracts will be published in the supplement of Turkish Society
of Cardiology Archieves. Poster abstracts will appear in the abstract book, and
oral presentation slides will take placed in the congress interactive cd-roms.
Congress Language
Official language of the congress will be Turkish. Simultaneous translations (English-Turkish
and vice versa) will be provided for international sessions.
Posters
Posters will be prepared as e-poster and will be collected through the congress
website. You may find detailed information in the "How To Prepare An E-Poster"
section of the congress website.
